Kakobuy Sheets Explained: The Complete Glossary
Half the confusion around Kakobuy sheets comes from vocabulary that nobody bothers to define. This glossary fixes that with plain-English definitions and a note on how each term matters for a buyer.
Kakobuy Sheet
A single tab inside a spreadsheet — usually one category (shoes, jackets, jerseys). Multiple sheets live inside one Kakobuy spreadsheet.
Kakobuy Spreadsheet
The parent document. Contains all sheets plus supporting tabs (coupons, changelog, seller index). When someone says “Kakobuy spreadsheet” they almost always mean this parent document.
Batch
A specific factory run of a product. Two batches from the same seller can look wildly different. Rows on the sheet should always specify batch.
QC / Quality Check
The warehouse photo review before shipping. See the Kakobuy QC finder guide for the full workflow.
QC Bank
A community-maintained folder of reference photos for each batch. Great Kakobuy sheets link every row to its QC bank.
Referral Row
A row where the maintainer earns commission if you buy through the link. Not a bad thing — but always cross-reference against other listings before you accept.
Notes Column
Free-text comments from buyers. The single most valuable column on any Kakobuy sheet.

Watchlist Tab
A personal tab in your copy of the sheet where you save candidate rows before checkout.
Coupon Tab
The tab that tracks active shipping coupons. Read the Kakobuy shipping coupon playbook to make it useful.
Freshness Stamp
The “last updated” date at the top of the sheet. Anything older than 30 days is stale.
Reject Rate
The percentage of QC verdicts that led to swaps. High reject rates mean a bad batch, not necessarily a bad seller.
Consolidation Window
The number of days the warehouse holds your items before shipping. Usually free for the first 30–60 days.
